Got an idea for an activity? Want more activities closer to where you live? We need your ideas and help to keep the membership involved. If you have an idea for an event, please let us know. Contact any board member. We'll ask you to assist us to organize the activity when you do suggest one. You'll get more out of an activity when you help to organize and run it.

Upcoming Activities
Gladiators Hockey - Arena at Gwinnett Center - March 21, 2010 - 3:00PM
On March 21st the Atlanta IBM Quarter Century Club will have a block of 20 club level seats (best seats in the house) at the Gwinnett Gladiators Hockey game vs. Trenton. This is a Sunday hockey game with doors opening at 3:00pm and you can pick up the tickets at will call then enter the club level entrance. There will be a give a way to a member in the group and some live entertainment. The IBM QCC name will be featured on the main screen and announced during the game. Tickets cost $17.00 each and parking is free. This is an event you don't want to miss.
Please e-mail Tom Satterlee (satterlee@bellsouth.net) if you plan to attend with the number of tickets needed. Tickets will go fast so don't delay. Make out the check of the tickets to IBM QCC. Please write "Gladiators" in the memo area. Mail your check to:

Annual QCC Meeting - IBM Hillside Auditorium - March 30, 2010@6:00PM until 8:00PM
The Hillside Auditorium has been reserved for our 2010 Annual QCC Meeting.
Spouses are welcome to attend. As always, we will have a membership table set up where you may pay your 2010 dues if you have not already done so.
Our speaker this year is Tom Rice. Tom is a retired IBMer of 30 years service who started a second career after retiring. He is currently a member of the Georgia state legislature and will explain how our legislature works plus share his expertise as Chairman of the House Committee on Motor Vehicles. This will be a very informative speech and it will not be political.
We'll socialize between 6:00 and 6:30 and start the formal meeting at 6:30PM. The meeting will close by 8:00PM.
Important: Please confirm the attendance of yourself and any guest by sending your names to Vic Mazza (vicmazza@bellsouth.net). We need the name of every attendee in advance to give to security who will have badges waiting in the Hillside lobby.
Texas Hold 'Em - April 21, 2010 @ Sidelines
This will be our second Hold 'Em. Please e-mail Tom Satterlee (satterlee@bellsouth.net) to confirm your interest in this event. Do it early. We "sold out" last year's Hold 'Em.
